The hotel was perfect for our romantic getaway! the staff was friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. the location was also ideal, with plenty of free parking and easy access to the town center. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with a nice selection of bread, cheese, and meat. We also appreciated having free tea and coffee available all day.
The hotel could use some updates as some areas were a bit old-fashioned. the walls were thin, so we could hear some noise from our neighbors.

I'm afraid I can only give negative comments. Our room was not cleaned up (bed was slept) and we informed the reception desk accordingly. The receptionist responded in terms of "someone has not done his job" but decided to give us another room. This room seemed okay. However the shower did not function at all. The following morning we informed the reception desk (same guy). This type of complaints was not new to him as his body language clearly demonstrated. Diner was okay, compliments for the waitress. She had to walk from the kitchen, to the reception and to restaurant to satisfy new arrivals and diner guests. The chef de cuisine misinformed her several times as to the availability of menu items.

It was easy to find. Room had good light darkening curtains and shades which helped and the bathroom was surprisingly functional.
No charm, the breakfast area felt like an institution, could use a bit of charm

Located next to a picturesque fjord, this hotel offers free parking and a supermarket opposite its building. the staff is helpful, and Innerdalen hike is only 20 minutes away. the rooms are spacious, clean and the Asian-style food in the restaurant smells delicious. the service is friendly and the breakfast is good.
The hotel lacks an appealing outside and lobby ambiance, but this does not take away from the comfort of the room.

Great location next to a beautiful fjord, convenient parking right across the street, helpful staff, and delicious buffet breakfast.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Good location, easy parking, and friendly staff. The hotel is located centrally and it was very easy to find it. There is a large free parking located right across the street, which is a great advantage. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing good service and useful information.
Facilities need an update, and the shower is not practical. The decor and amenities of the hotel are outdated and could use a renovation.
